I know there are angry birds ped mods available, but seems that no one has ever made a mod about turning angry birds into explosive weapon. This mod will replace the w_ex_grenadefrag with "Bomb" in Angry Birds.
How to install:

very nice mod still working as of 1/16/21 .
the only flaw is they fall threw the map occasionally ... maybe due to size they are huge lol very nice work tho!
