Now, players have a place to live for a while, as well as, perhaps, to do business!
But do not forget about the inveterate criminals!
On the territory of the motel there is also a shop where you can book one of the seven rooms, buy the last pennies of alcohol or food, and the robbers will be able to profit from a few thousand dollars that are in the store safe!
Improve your server atmosphere with the help of interiors from freedmanh!
Included is a Single Player DLC and a FiveM Resource so you can use it where you please.
Features:
7 different rooms;
Each room has a bathroom, an entrance hall and decorative items;
High quality texture;
Maximum optimization;
Light weight (27 MB);
Custom Store;
Service room in the store for the owner;
LOD`s;
Fixed the external model of the building.
Installation:
For Single Player:
- Copy this folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Then add the following link to the bottom of your dlclist.xml which is located at "mods/update.rpf/common/data"
dlcpacks:/sc1_29_motel/
For FiveM:
- Just drop the resource and add 'start sc1_29_motel' in your server.cfg.

Awesome mod! Works in SP perfectly. The only "but" is the weird entrance desing of the firts rooms and the grass being visible in the first room

Can you put the interior or 3d model of 3ds or obj files into the game? I'm just doing 3D modeling but I don't understand interior modding in GTA. Just asking for a possible collaboration.

@Freedmanhd Hey, I (finally) got around to putting in the 'contract' dlc and this mod causes a crash when you get into the water between the two bridges with the sunken barge across from the Vagos Apartment complex. The mod itself works fine, but be in or on the water near that barge and the game goes dead.
just dropped in the FiveM stream files in another MLO template and it loads in just fine that way
FPS drops when approaching exterior but inside all is fine
