Love this one, it's one of those very high quality lore friendly mods you don't see often. But, since the Wintergreen doesn't naturally spawn in traffic, how exactly do we add them to the popgroups and make it so?

You can export popgroups.ymt with OpenIV and edit it with any text editor. I'd say, adding it to the existing VEH_BIKES group should work fine. However, you can add it to any other group too, like VEH_MID or VEH_RICH, these probably spawn more often than VEH_BIKES and can be used to tweak how common Wintergeen will be in traffic. The bike's vehicles.meta config has safety measures against overfilling the traffic, so no matter which group you put it in, it probably won't be annoyingly common.
