2. Go to GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > contgt2011 > dlc.rpf > data
3. Replace handling.meta and vehicles.meta

If you dont have the manual transmission script, I would recommend to use that with this handling mod, When i went in the car, it would take off full speed, Ever since i installed the manual transmission script it has made the car more suitable to drive. Thank you for this mod. Just a recommendation for anyone who is using this first time.
@Kondzeex Add changelog in description for the 1.1 version and possible future mod updates.
