when you download the file its 57MB but when u unzip it its 613MB! how did you even compress it that much?
Request to please move wheel collision out a little further? Lots of add-on wheels clip with the brake caliper. :( Moving the wheel collision out further can help when changing wheels, or try to move brake caliper in a little more if possible.

Can you make it so the brake caliper does not clip with the wheel? I like replacing the stock rims to the muscle rims, but the brake caliper clips with the wheel type I want to use.

@MuAlH That's not the real size. When you delete something inside the .rpf, size doesn't update. So when you zip, it removes the empty space.
You can use defrag rpf with OpenIV or CodeWalker RPF Explorer. Need to do it from inside towards outside however.
