How do i edit the .ini file when there is no .ini file

Scripts mods dont work
I put the mods in the scripts folder and they dont work

every thing works ok but there is no engine sound so i have to go in menyoo to add an engine sound

just want to says this car is not a 2021 car its a 2020 car u can search in yt: bugatti chiron super sport top speed test

its a little glitchy the original sound plays then this one plays

i dont have ironmanv files folder in my scripts folder

everyone else's game is fine and the pics made me install it but when i try to start the game i just crashes while loading

i do not have the dismebrent folder

install instructions do not make any sense
