The male LSPD officers and the Highway Patrolmen have helicopter megaphone speeches, I think it's time we give them proper pilot uniforms so when they're up in the sky, they look the part!

I saw u mention S_M_Y_Cop_01, is this replacing this or another ped? I ask because if u replace this to S_M_Y_Cop_01 it will change the look of all those peds. Obviously there is more to it
@Custo os the any other folder/location where i can install this cuz curently it makes other 2 of my mods not work
