This is a simple mod i made because the loading screen is boring enough so i thought why not make the music better, feel free to downloads someones loading screen (The game boy intro is my favourite: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameboy-advance-intro)

Requirements:
Open IV (https://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1)
A Brain ("https://www.amazon.co.uk/Where-Can-Buy-New-Brain/dp/B001F3S8DW")
Instillation:
(For Newbies) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5ey0uUBZQQ
On Open IV go to x64 > audio > sfx > POLOUGE.rpf
Make sure Edit mode is on
If you haven't already copy this folder to the mods folder (There should be a red box telling you to)
extract all the contents to your desktop (or somewhere where it won't get annoying)
drag and drop the tdloadingmusic.oac and it will replace the boring default one
note: You don't need to do anything with the folder, It's just the audio inside.
