Can anyone help me out here? Got the same issue as many others.
The Building doesn't spawn. There is nothing. I am not new at modding - and have already isntalled a few hundred mods before.
I have tested it out in the mods fonder and outside of it - but nothing happens.

This mod is definitely a keeper... along with la billboards mods, natural v mod.. awesome combo.. one small problem I got is the employees, they never spawn.. please advise

Yeah this a really must have 'Real World' addition for GTA 5, adds more realism feel to the game. Excellent design by the way.

P.S. for those complaining about not being able to see the spawn building, at its supposed location after installing the proper files to the Dlc folder.
That's because there is a step#2 process the Author didn't do automatically and simply relied on the user to do.

Step#2 (can be found within the instruction manual), states you must locate "Maps" folder from the installation file, and extract the ymap file from that folder to be added directly into the "Custom_maps" dlc file. This is done using OpenIV for those that don't know.
