Again it's Inspired by H3RB4LS original Heineken bottle.
BACKUP & replace molotov file located at:
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\w_ex_molotov.ytd
Original logger bottle is in the archive if you can't be bothered to back-up
Again, it would be great if anyone knows how to create a script or something so we could include all these different bottles and have the game randomly choose one each time we throw a molotov. I don't have the knowledge to do this.
