Currently, it conflicts with this model: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/us-navy-lcac-hovercraft.
You need to update setup2.xml and content.xml and replace lcac with buffalos.
Also, the vehicles.rpf needs defragmentation, and it will reduce the size from 34Mb to 13Mb.
It would also be great if you'll add the weapons. To do so, you need to add a weapons.meta and add a flag for each weapon: BoatWeaponIsNotSearchLight. In that case, they will work for the boat. The example of the weapons.meta can be found in this model: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ddg-151-nathan-james-add-on-interior-custom-layout
@KylinZhang which APC model is that on the screenshots?
This is amazing; consider adding weapons CIWS and RIM-116 ; that would be dope :D
