Original vehicle taken was the "policeold2". All the police features and snow were removed from the car. Wheels were taken and swapped from the "emperor".

Manual Installation SP
1.- Drag the torrence folder into this directory:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.- Use OpenIV and go to this directory:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3.- Right click dlclist.xml, and press Edit
4.- Add this line
dlcpacks:/esperanto/
5.- Save (Ctrl S)
6.- Done
FiveM Insallation
1.- Ctrl C or Ctrl X the esperanto folder in this path
[FiveM]/esperanto
2.- Ctrl V in your resources:/ folder
3.- Ensure it in your server.cfg
4.- Done

@Samuel Minkevich Small mistake in the title, copied the tags in the title from my other post. This car sadly doesn't have any cosmetic tuning. I might add some in the future.
