tuning parts don't seem to work on these cars @xXGARRAPPAXx

@sjaak327 I have added cars. The only other thing I tried was add mpexecutive to dlclist in mods folder but that crashes the game. I get rid of mpexecutive from dlclist in mods folder and game runs fine.

game starts up fine but new dlc cars won't spawn and won't display invalid model. dlclist.xml includes mpexecutive and dlc.rpf isn't corrupted otherwise game won't start. any suggestions @sjaak327?

now i'm having the disappearing bumpers issue similar to @TeoPolato and @Hella-Flush
