For some reason the seat belt button on a controller is right d pad. This is also the button to control your vehicle lights. I'd love to use this mod but need better controller support. I'd recommend adding options for R3, RB, d-pad down, or d-pad up.

Ok I figured out what was happening. Your mod moves cars to the impound lot if the car is confiscated using the persistant rides system. But the game also puts your current car in the lot if you are busted while in a car. What ends up happening is an infinite loop causing hundreds of the car you were busted in pile up filling the entire lot. It's actually pretty funny, but can you lead me in the right direction to disable cars being impounded with your mod?

Surprisingly I got this to work flawlessly with RDE, RDE-E&E, and Better Chases+ while maintaining all of the proper vehicles from RDE. The biggest issue I'm having is that somehow the persistent rides mod is buried in your mod files and it's creating issues. I'm going to track it down and manually remove it. Thanks for the mod.
