As far as i know its caused by tuningparts on mod vehicles. There is a fix out there for it: https://de.gta5-mods.com/misc/unmodifiedimicated-traffic

You will even get tuned vehicles in your traffic. So parked cars only helps a little bit.

@petriakosz Did you try 2k or 4k version? I tested both and both work for me.

@SkiLL1991 Thx for letting me know. It looks like the 4k edition had some corrupted texture files in it. I fixed it now :)

@Aussie thx for letting me know. I didn't know that R* has a patch2023_02. I changed the ReadMe again.
