There is a program for converting xml into ymap. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/mapeditor-2-ymap-converter After that you must use custom_maps mod and drop ymap in. You can search for my mods where I included this custom_maps mod.

@Dani02 Not really.. I added vehicle into my veh_pack dlc I create for myself. I will try it as addon and see.

Nice mod and improvements, but I still have no light coronas. Any idea why? Only mod I am using is vanilla visual.
@Xx WolfRam xX Ride height is not the same. In Zmod I change position of wheels, suspensions and small edits in handling.xml. Plus, I added part under front bumper.
