my problem is with dlcpack and dlcpacks2 and x64m & x64k it says installation failed, also i put patchday10 in proper location but not fixed

when installing dlcpacks it says fatal error

what is fully moded soft moded and medium moded update.rpf? can someone answer me and which one should i install
