Download all downloads, install the "All x64.rpfs" files first. Then all the other dlcpacks in download section and any patches to x64 files.
2021 files are in zip but can be installed with OpenIV Package installer just like an oiv.

After installing all the oiv packages we are able to reduce the game archives by over 12gb by RE-Sizing the images!! With no noticeable image loss this version is well on its way to becoming a staple mod!

In RE-Sizing the textures your computer can throw the images much faster and smoother now so your CPU/GPU and memory will be happier too!
REQUIRED INSTALL FOR MOD:
You need to install the "x64".oiv files
( i.e.: x64a.rpf and x64d.fpr.oiv, x64c.rpf.oiv, x64e.rpf.oiv etc...)
You need to have all current dlcpacks for a successful install of the dlcpacks.
( OpenIV does not create the whole dlc.rpf it needs the original to build from.)

If you notice any texture issues or quality you are not pleased with let us know.

Curious what this mod does?
The images are RE-Sized so they match the default size, 512. Most edited are peds, vehicles, props and some land/roads. This massively improves gameplay.
It's designed to be a base you add other mods to so install RE-Sized first in clean mods folder. As for quality loss it's very nominal.
If you want an idea of what this mod does try mpheist4. First play in Cayo Perico, then install the mpheist4 zip with OpenIV Package installer, takes about 1-2 mins. Then launch game and go to Cayo Perico to test and see for yourself.
If you don't like it then it was not like you had to invest much time.
But in my opinion it is worth giving it a shot. I get tired of trying to convince people, actually I am not try to convince; rather encourage them to simply see for themselves. I truly believe you will be happy but what do I know. Whatever you choose just go have fun. Ok

Be sure to Get all x64 files installed, and then download all the dlcpacks and patches here on 5mods and then install them.
Cheat engine is included in our mod to help gameplay for extremely low end rigs; but, it also can help Mega download speed. Here's a link with examples showing how to increase Mega download speed also has cheat engine download.

@joeng2645 I confirm it work flawlessly to this day following what you said. Did it both on current 2802 patch as in downgraded to 2372. I have potato PC and would get 20-22 fps before this at most, dropping to as low as 14 sometimes. After re-sizing I'll have 30-32 fps most of the time, in some places it'll drop to 20-24, mainly in super crowded areas, and this might be a lot because of some heavy addon cars I have spawning in traffic. Re-Sized certainly helps a lot.

@MattValdez u can download my file, and install in just few click. i merged it to 5 OIV file. part1.oiv - part4.oiv are containt all x64file, part5.oiv are dlcs and update rpf file. just install part1 - part4 if you want patch only x64file to patch. and done

@wremch yes, it's already added on part5. you can just install high quality road to on that mega link (install after install all or after install after part2), cuz my default installation are low texsture road
@kusuemon surprisingly your merged installer didnt work for me but when i installed it manually it worked really good! so you should check there might be some errors in your mod and i hope you included ALL the files :)

I just donated $5, please keep up the good work. And if possible, though I doubt you'll do it until you're done with all the vanilla assets, doing this to the IV pack would be amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing.
FYI when installing "GTA V RE-Sized update.rpf fully Modded 4k map + timecycles vehicle dispatch popgroup edits.oiv" it will always fail, with this message in the logs:
INFO -> Process ARCHIVE "update.rpf" with path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf"
INFO -> ARCHIVE "x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf" is not exists
INFO -> Unable to open ARCHIVE with path "x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf" in parent archive "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf", return code "PathNotExists".
That's because \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf has been moved to \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf
To install this file, you must:
Go to \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages
Right Click and Extract scaleform_generic.rpf
Navigate to \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages
Drag and drop scaleform_generic.rpf from where you extracted it
Install the OIV
Then do the reverse steps to put the file back in the correct spot:
\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf
Good luck, but this is probably easily fixed by the mod creator.
@kusuemon The high quality roads thing says it was last edited in 2016, will it not do the road textures in the cayo perico island?
@kusuemon silly question, does your merged oivs also defrag automatically? I know the ones in the regular version of this mod do that.
Please, upload already resized .rpf files, just to simply replace vanilla ones. I lost whole week for merging oiv files and now I see no difference except worse textures. The stuttering and fps didn't improve for me.
