Transfer the files to the game directory where the GTA5.exe
Replace the gameconfig in folder MODS with the one downloaded here (Gta Config v29 for v 1.0.2699)
This is version 1.0.2699 but on version 1.0.2699.16 the game also runs well!

There is no error, today I changed the values, everything works fine, just add 100 to the existing values, for example, it was 1500 and it became 1600

These values change with every update, so just add 100 to whatever the current value is in your gameconfig.xml file in the mods folder
