@Angry_CJ No one will help you when you try to mod online. If you go online with mods rockstar will almost immediately ban you and you will be sad. Just enjoy single player modding.

Lua.asi and scripthookdotnet.asi always fail to load. The asi loader log always says this( ASI: Loading "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ScriptHookVDotNet.asi"
"ScriptHookVDotNet.asi" failed to load ) and i get a similar message for Lua.asi.

Why does it matter whether or not someone else already made a mod manager? People should be able to choose which one they like the most or works for them.

Oh my god. I (maybe) found the solution to your problems. My lua files were set to read only. Uncheck that and see what happens.
