To Save a vehicle, simply get in the vehicle and start modifing it, if the mod is installed correctly, you will get a message saying "Persistent Rides : Save Vehicle " then the vehicles name, for a vehicle already saved by the mod, you can also exit the vehicle to save its modifications or change mods and it will update the saved location and modifications. To delete a vehicle, access the phone, and go to contacts scroll down and call the contact "Persistent Rides" and a menu will appear, there will be a submenu with all vehicles loaded, here you can select on and choose to teleport or delete the vehicle, deleting the vehicle cannot be undone!
install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag PersistentRides.dll, PersistentRides.pdb and PersistentRides folder into scripts
4. Install LemonUI for SHVDN2 from the download text file in the zip folder
5. drag a Ifruitaddon2 folder and dll into scripts if you dont have it
6. Drag and drop HKHModHelperNew.dll and PDB into scripts, if you have it already make sure that your version is 6.0 or above!
7. Launch game
8. enter a vehicle and modify it and it should save

Hello MR.HKH191.
This script is so great that improved my GTAV a lot . However , there is a little problem in game.
When I get into the vehicle, every time I need to turn on the car engine by other script on manually，so I can drive it. did it because some code should be edit in 【MyRides】 fold , or Persistent Rides may incompatible with some other scripts？03 март 2024 -

Hello, the mod doesn't work with me, but I put ALL the files in the archive's scripts folder in my own scripts folder, but nothing works. Do you have a solution? I installed rageplugin too, but it didn't change a thing.

Has anyone got this working on Steam Deck? I have scripthookv and native trainer working, but when I modify a car I don't see any popup from this mod.

Using the nightly build I was able to get it to work. UI Flickers but I can live with that for now. -_-

I noticed that only when you request the mechanic to deliver your vehicle to you, the car becomes almost transparent like you can see through it at a lot of angels. And it does not go away until you call another car with the mechanic feature on another vehicle or you restart the game. Any Ideas?

I was about to ask if it was compatible with a garage mod, but I see it's your garage mod so I'm gonna guess it is :P

@HKH191 for some reason I can't get this to save a car. I only run your mods. Thanks by the way for creating so many awesome mods. Could you maybe add a hotkey to save a car? Vehicles remain in their positions with their mods but they don't show up in the saved list, I don't get the notification and also can't use the rest of the functionality.
Would you consider making one combined pack of the majority of your mods? Like an offline online pack.

@HKH191 Does it only save the character owned cars? When I modified Michael's car everything popped up?

@Ijustwantmods simply customize the car and it will save, and no i dont want to make a pack, for saving vehicles it will save for all characters

1. Mod is great but I have a problem that after loading save or script reload, all markers go off map and saved vehicles are vanishing. Teleport to them is not working too.
2. You must correct at 5MODS in Description/Installation "Install LemonUI for SHVDN2 " to SHVDN3. I read for some people mod is not working becouse that old info.
3. As You probably know from other people, going every car you want to savem to trainer to change some modification is very tiring. Much better would be an option at menu when sitting in it.: Save a car.07 ноември 2024
