Initial & Response Dialogue Menu

NOTE: Some pedestrians, including players, do not have some speech files like saying hello, what's up, etc. so please don't say that's a bug, it's all dependent on the player model you are as and the pedestrian you are talking to, but for the most part it should work.
Installation
Place InitialResponseDialogueMenu.dll and InitialResponseDialogueMenu.ini into your "scripts" folder with Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook in your root folder.
Controls
F9 - Open Menu
I - Player initially speaks.
O - Pedestrian initially speaks.
The controls can be edited via the .ini file. Navigating the menu is like using the Interaction Menu, use the arrow keys, enter key, and backspace key.

With this mod, you can set an initial and response dialogue and make the player and nearby pedestrian talk to each other or vice versa. You can make funny conversations such as the player insulting the pedestrian and the pedestrian saying a shocked dialogue line, and much more to come via updates.
This mod is like my "Ped Conversation" and "Ambiance" conversation wise but this has more customization.
It is based and inspired from this list (Extracted with OpenIV):

If you have run out of F keys just edit the key in the .ini file its not even remotely difficult.
It is possible to use so much mods, but some programmers left their mod functions still working in inactive mods. I really use one or max 2 mods at a time but some functions of inactive mods are in collision and force me to remove them to temp, mods2 folder. I managed somehow to put on switches to off, of some other mods. Toggle switches are the worst because you can use them only once.

Maybe you can add this mod into your Ambiance Mod, but really cool mod btw.
@Jedijosh920 Why not use the default button to speak to the NPCs, overriding the default speak button to save hotkeys? Not much sense having two different methods to speak. I know it's d-pad right on my controller, not sure on keyboard (H?).
I agree with @TheRockKing...it'd be awesome if this and Ambiance were combined...make it a must have one stop mod!

@jedijosh920 Wouldnt be so bad if we could just tell GTA we want some keys to be blank. But they won't allow keys unassigned that have a purpose. :(

I turned franklin into natalia, and changed his voice files into a girl voice. all the voices work except for talking to people, or dialogue like aiming a gun and reloading and fights. any fixes?
i like this aspect of the game peds can do some good small talks i wonder if we can do more with it
