Place the uppr_DIFF_000_a_uni. ytd file in the Trev folder in the following directory:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two
Enter the game to use the modifier or go to the wardrobe to change clothes.
