This is a re-colour to look like the reverse flash from the animated movie flaspoint paradox.
If their are any re-colours of mods that you would like let me know in the comments
Installation
Highly recommended to use with this Add-Ons.

Or Replace any Ped you want, just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example: ig_bankman"
Drop the .ini suit file in "Grand Theft Auto V\Scripts\The Flash FIles\Suits"

i like it but one problem, the lightning bolt show be reversed
