Open OpenIV and go to GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
Then open uppr_diff_004_j_uni.ytd in OpenIV the import the black shirt then for the white one but open uppr_diff_004_l_uni.ytd and import the white one
