@Sh3nZeR I don't have it but my son has it. His settings are low and mine is maxed out. Maybe ped light direction help in visualsettings.meta. Set all to 0 (ped.light.direction.x,y,z)

@kizacudo There is visualsettings.dat file. I dnt see any meta file :/

@Sh3nZeR Sorry, all important other are meta. Change the data to 0 and try shadows. If it doesn't work try to improve shadows in settings.

@kizacudo I hav maxed out shadow settings and as well as other Graphic settings as well :/
Sometimes i dnt see it and sometimes it just appears out of nowhere
