Hey, was there supposed to be a bumpmap or clothlike texture on this? I put it in and it's 'shiny' like plastic.

@iammistahwolf It has both but I only recently figured out that PED shader has a bug where clothing looks shiny/wet/like plastic in sun because there's alpha layer over it. It's unfortunately a stupid GTA thing. I will be putting up a fixed version soon.

@Caturtle OK. Both wide leg pants you put out have the same problem btw. Hope you can fix them.

@Caturtle No worries. Yep in the sun 'wet and shiny'. Still cute clothes for MPFem's. Hey, where did you get the shorts in the thumbnail for the 'skinny turtleneck (which is also cute btw)?

@iammistahwolf Tbh, I have no idea. I think they're Elliesimple's shorts but I don't know who converted them.

@Caturtle I know this is probably silly but do you have any resource / guide on how to fix the plastic / wet shine in custom clothing? It's such an annoying issue and would like to prevent it from happening with my own mods ?

@TheKartel It depends on the shader and program you use. I use Blender so my experience is with it but pretty much If you use PED shader for clothing (not skin), you have to erase the alpha on vertex colours. For whatever reason PED has an alpha overlay which when in Sun turns into shine (that's why skin looks shiny in the Sun); That's a GTA thing from what I understood as it adds a sweat overlay to the body that was never implemented or finished (? not sure about this tbh). Or you can use PED_DEFAULT shader which doesn't have that; Just remember that skin always uses the PED shader else normal bump won't work and skin will look weird and like uncooked hotdog.

@Caturtle thank you so much for the insight! I've noticed this shine / wet issue for so long it's just been extremely irritating so I'm glad you're finding a fix and being able to share that so we can prevent this from happening even more so!
