Features:
New textures.
Manual Installation:
Go to: gta5>mods>x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf
And replace the files!
Automatic Installation:
Open OpenIV and at the top, click on the Open Package Installer. Then select the .oiv file (in the "Auto Installation" folder)
