My skin for the Ford Ranger of a HM Coastguard vehicle used by the UK coastguard services. (Not 100% accurate to real life but my own interpretation)
To import the vehicle using OPENIV: drag and drop the files.
Go to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
