2 years overdue, and now it's here.
This improves the song Richman's Plaything/Dragoner that plays when you are Wanted to sound just like the way it did in the first gameplay trailer.
You know, that 'bell song' that played throughout most of the trailer.
Use OpenIV and go to:

Grand Theft AUto V\

audio\
sfx\
INTERACTIVE_MUSIC.rpf\
-Click Edit
-Open td_dragoner.awc in OpenIV
-Extract all files to your desktop
-Open OPEN ME.rar
-Drag & Drop the files:
TD_DRAGONER_8_LEFT.wav
TD_DRAGONER_8_RIGHT.wav
into the td_dragoner folder on your desktop
-From your desktop, drag td_dragoner.oac into OpenIV
-Finished
Feel free to make modifications and edits to this mod. Do whatever you want with it. You don't have to give me credit.

@invictus That would be cool, but I think it would be even better if you make a mod where you get to choose which theme plays 100% of the time, regardless if you are in the city or county.

I might be missing 2, but these are all the ones I can find.
I just hate having to go to the county just so I can get my favorite theme playing, don't get me wrong all the music in the game is amazing, just prefer one of them.

I'd prefer completely different music somethin like a police chase or dramatic shootout situation music from a movie or something this is just ordinary gta v music but A for effort :)
