Hello everybody, It's ProjectRELOAD's Texture Patch. We're releasing it as standalone now because of you can use it with vanilla game or with any graphics mod. For Best Experience, use it with ProjectRELOAD v3.60! We're testing this mod with that.

This update focuses on Hollywood Side. Billboards, Props, Buildings, Decals, Lods etc. Adds 250 New Texture!
Patch includes:
+Better Vegetation Textures (Plants, Trees, Rocks and etc.)
+Better Road Texture (Not all of them of course. Freeways, some CountrySide Roads, Dirty Roads, BeverlyHills, Downtown, Little West Coast.)
+Better Hill Textures
+Better Wall, Sidewalk, Ground, Grass, Ivy, Mud Textures.
+Better Props
+Better Lods
+Better Decals
+Better Billboards
This patch improving Over 1450+ Vanilla Texture!
Installation:
Change the all textures with following the folder system.

Can someone make an oiv or something for this mod I think the author is done with it tbh they say don't steal other people's mods it's not stealing if the author abandoned it were oiv even out when this mod first released idk but it's to much to be putting on manually all the time 2 oiv files should be put into this mod an installer and uninstaller
It does work, the road surface will immediately be noticeable, the trees and the brick facades of the buildings.

The vegetation looks really over-saturated. It works fine if you don't install the vegetation, though, so it's not a big deal
