Drilling machine created for a machinima ( https://youtu.be/wVe-CfnA7Ng ). It needs to be installed with Menyoo, instructions are in the Winrar archive.
How to install : drag and drop in Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
IMPORTANT NOTE : the drill machine is based in the Union Depository Vault, so you need OpenAllInterior for not falling under the map. Also, to activate/deactivate the sparks, you need to stop the prop weed bottle task sequence, which you can find in the data base.
