I made this scene for a Machinima ( https://youtu.be/8meDjK5amRw?t=158 ), it took me a long time to make it and I think it's great so I'm going to make it public.
How to install : drag and drop in Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
Warning : As it was for a video, some objects have FX that can be activated (Garbage can fire, NPC animation, etc...)
