hello guys this is my first mod and thanks for supporting me.
my mod is so easy installation just drop the road light in this directory
X\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner.
in the game press f8 twise then go to "object spooner" then "manage saved files"
then choose "ROAD LIGHT.XML" after that there is menu will appear you choose "load placement" you will wait 1 min until loaded (it depend in your pc performance) .
