Hello everyone!
This is the Pacific Bluffs 6 House mod I created for Menyoo GTAV. (Single Player. Not tested in FiveM.) It's a tiny house with two floors, including a livingroom, kitchen, cupboard under the stairs, bathroom, bedroom, balcony and garden.
Required:
- Menyoo: https://nl.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
- Map Builder: https://nl.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
Instructions:
- Drag the .xml file to your Spooner folder
- Load placements in GTAV. (Props you wish to be removed, can be removed and replaced manually like you wish.)
Possible bugs:
- Objects in kitchen and dressing table can flicker and disappear when moving
- Tiny bits of wall sticking out of the roof
When creating content with this mod, make sure to credit/tag me, so I can see your lovely works!

Sometimes when loading an xml file, some objects are invalid. In that case: empty the database, move closer to the spawn location and load the xml file again. ^^

Nice. I got a good basic interior built in that same unit a couple years ago, but the occlusion is so bad and I couldn't get rid of it with codewalker. Looks like you went ahead anyway, but still had the same problem.
@iammistahwolf Occlusion? You mean the flickering? Yeah, a few objects do flicker on the front side of the house. I did solve the problem to the total grey flickering that happens when you move around. I placed some invisible walls inside the house, which block the 3rd person camera from going outside the interior. That works and makes it usable.

@Rosina Yeah, I've used the 'invisible wall' trick on a few builds before I figured out how to get rid of occlusion with codewalker. Usually, you can just move your interior walls even with the occlusion line and the wall's collision will block the 'flickering'. However, in that spot you used there's occlusion coming from the top of the roof with that decorative line 'R' put in with the building exterior that causes that 'flickering'. The only way I've found to get rid of it without using 3DsMax is to replace the building's collision with codewalker. But that's a ginormous PIA as you have to do the entire building and part of the block as well.
