This map is for Menyoo. It will not load in Map Editor. It will not work on pirated versions of the game and you must have the latest patch installed. If you load these maps with graphic enhancement mods your frames will drop to shit. Luckily I don't care about that. I do not make Menyoo, so bug @MAFINS.

To install, drop the xml file in the Spooner folder of the Menyoostuff directory.
In game, go to Object Spooner > Manage Save Files > Beach Apartment
Change Log:
v2.0
-Teleports! Now you can enter and exit this just like a regular apartment. Loading the map will spawn you inside. Walk to the corona by the door to go to the pool patio below, and walk to the corona down there to exit through the front door.
-All peds are now fully dynamic, meaning they will respond to gunfire or other displays of aggression, get up, fight you, run away, etc.
v2.1 - Teleports are now compatible with latest version of Menyoo, and will spawn you facing the correct direction.

Yeah man, the author is right, i am using "Natural Graphics" preset and my fps dropped from 60 to 24... damn :P
@abstractmode Beautiful apartment but the no-ped-version still includes peds. Not a big deal at the pools but why are there always two people sitting in the apartment?
@Solid Snake those peds aren't part of the map, ie they're not in the Entity Database. The game automatically spawns them in certain kinds of chairs. So far the only workaround is to go to Misc Options and turn on Lower Pedestrian Density
@abstractmode my game crashes when I spawn to many props ( 600-700). So I wanted to ask if there is something like the 10k objects list for menyoo??
@paulmiskit menyoo has something like that built in but that's not the issue, if you're crashing from spawning that many props its because you don't have enough memory.
@abstractmode I got a gtx 1080 could it be that it crashes when to many props are attached?

Is it possible to load maps for Menyoo on game startup automatically like that with MapEditor ?
@Sh3nZeR possible, sure. as in hypothetically. But that's not something menyoo does right now so mafins would have to add it. wouldn't hold your breath.
@abstractmode Ah, also is there a Max props limit for using in a map ? Map editor has 1600 or round about i guess
