The first mod I've made, hope you enjoy :) !
This mod changes the weapons.meta file
you need OpenIV to use this mod.
Advanced Sniper has 15 rounds per shot, and spreads like a pump shotgun.
Combat Pistol, has 25 rounds per shot, and spreads a little less than a shotgun.
Installation:
OpenIV
Enable Edit Mode
REPLACE
\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai\weapons.meta
with weapons.meta in the archive you've just downloaded
and launch gta5
PLANS:::::
I plan on making all weapons act like shot guns, expet the weapons that police use, beacuse it would cause way too much lag.

yes of course, i have not worked on this mod for a while, i am spending my time on speed control mostly
