hmmm maybe this: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\lang\american_rel.rpf\ (or just change to german. I honestly got no experience with that so it was just a quick google search. i'll maybe release a name-pack later

i downloaded a "real gun name" mod which made that file allot more clear, i suggest doing that too and going from there
