How to Swap this vehicle

for some reason when i install the mod as instructed and open the game i dont get the vehicle and rather get the vehicle that this one was supposed to replace instead any idea on how to fix that?

@chinna u can simply add it to any vehicle with spooner
go to add objects and add warning light and attach it to car
