So to make a skin you download here on the site and modify the template to your liking, and you can publish as long as my credits appear in the description.

@Carloxfranco Thanks, I won't publish my skin anytime soon because I would like to create a "Reddingsbrigade" pack. That's the dutch lifeguards/coast guard. If I publish it, your credits will certainly be included!!
