The sounds I used in the "13b-rew" sound I made are taken from the Need For Speed Games. accel/decel, idle, backfire and turbo sound are taken from NFS: Heat and NFS: 2015
The .rel files that I used in sound mode are dat54 and dat151 .rel files.
To install it yourself, you have to do these.
Open the OIV file
move the 13b-rew mod to this location GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml and type this - dlcpacks:/13b-rew/
Note:
dlclist.xml location GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
