This took a lot of time to make because I am new at modeling so I didn't know how to do much but I finally figured it out.
I hope you all enjoy I just wanted to release this to see what you guys think and if you think I should release more.
Anyways I appreciate every single one of you that downloaded this!
How to Install:
1. Go To OpenIV and enable "Edit Mode"
2. Navigate to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday...(latest)>dlc.rpf>x64>gta5>vehicles.rpf
3. Drag and drop your files there and load up Gta
4. Enjoy
!!!!PLEASE DO NOT RIP OR UPLOAD ANYWHERE CLAIMING THAT THIS IS YOURS VEHICLES ARE UNEDITABLE HENCE WHY THEY ARE LOCKED!!!!

The model used is oversized, and if we're going based off accuracy, the lighting is all off and there are no red front facing steady burns, meaning it's not California compliant. Along with that, the livery is off. The word "POLICE" is supposed to be across both doors.
