Daimler 1886 Handling

Note: It didn't get on that car park by itself!
This is handling to go with elcreador's 1886 Daimler. Included in this mod is a version to work with the addon method for the model and one to work with the replacement method. This handling is as realistic as I could make it and is relatively close to what the real Daimler handles like; top speed on flat ground is about 13-15mph but top speed depends massively on the gradient due to a lack of power, not a lot of grip due to skinny tyres etc. I also changed the weight to it's actual one of 290kg. There are no bugs as far as I know but if you find one or have any other feedback I will try and fix it.
