A better 2 stroke sound for faggio.
Go to:
GTAV/MODS/X64/AUDIO/SFX/STREAMED VEHICULES.rpf
And drop it
You also have a backup if you prefer the old faggio sound (which I won't understand). You just have to do exactly the same as with the moped.awc modify.

You can do the same thing for GTA IV you have to extract the WAV files in MOPED.awc and put them in MOPED.ivaud
