@WarDaddy91 i think the best thing is to go back to vanilla game, see if it launch like this, then install scripthook and check then install gameconfig/heapadjuster/packfilelimitadjuster, and check.
@WarDaddy91 i tried only with updated scripthook and gameconfig and i have an "out of memory error" at loading but with "PackfileLimitAdjuster.asi" and "HeapAdjuster.asi" mods it works.
@WarDaddy91 so when i see an update downloading on steam, i just change name of gta 5 moded folder to something else(like "Grand Theft Auto Vmods") and i rename vanilla game folder to "Grand Theft Auto V" and let update install on vanilla and when update is installed i switch back the names of folders.
@WarDaddy91 i always have 2 versions of gta folders, one vanilla no changes to make updates(steam) on it, and an old version i that works but not online of course where i didnt make updates(sometimes but not directly when update is out), but when game is updated you need an updated scripthookV and gameconfig file.
@-Night i tried more, and its more like 130 lowest at night for rtx 3060 so:
rx 6800 = 120fps lowest at night, 130fps lowest at day
rtx 3060 12gb= 130fps lowest at night, 140fps lowest at day
finally its about the same at lowest settings at 1080p.
@-Night ok i tried with a 3060 12gb and 5800x, and i got 140-150fps at night in city, 150fps north, lowest settings, there is no light fps drop issue, and with rx 6800 i got 120 at night same settings /location and 130-150 at day, with rtx 3060 12gb i got 140-150 at day everywhere same as night so it seems night doesnt have much effect on low settings for rtx card.

@WarDaddy91 maybe (using vanilla game) try scripthook first then try with custom gameconfig, to see whats exactly is the issue

@WarDaddy91 i will upload a test model on patreon, and then on gta 5 mods, i am working a lot on this, the result of years of modding
@-Night I cant help you with this since i dont have more than 5800x.

@-Night so in your case changing gpu may worth it, and i think rtx 3060 12gb is a good choice compared to a rx 6600.
