Shit man, it was my gameconfig file that wasnt modded. Downloaded a gameconfig that allows addons, and now it works. Thank you man :)

@Ydrop Hey, I have problems. Gta crashes when starting the game, when I installed this addon? I added the oraclestd folder to mods<update<x64<dlcpack, and added the text to dlclist, at the bottom, but it still crash?
