@agio20 That should not cause the problems you are describing. They should have no problem spawning in if you have the proper things installed.
Let me know if you have more trouble getting it working.

@N. Man I agree with this. I love this mod but it does break from the immersion if the units despawn immediately. As someone who has programmed mods before, you can have it so they stay around but if you get to a certain distance, you delete them or you can set them ask MarkAsNoLongerNeeded() so the game auto-deletes them. I'd be happy to help with this as I'm a experienced modder.

@Kyle199827 I'm not sure if Cops: Back on the Beat is works with the current version of modded GTA, try the mod alone first.

@Olung You should be seeing six stars if you cause enough mayhem and kill enough cops. Are you seeing juggernauts and tanks dispatched or just army?
