Love it! Is there a way to just install the burger hat lady as a ped? (Add-on or replace)

@lunchxbles is it possible to have this as a standard add-on ped? i'm struggling with the dlc format, can't get it to work. keeps saying 'nothing found' when i try and spawn with simple trainer.
