What's the tattoo and jeans mod?
@MoravianLion I was referring to the props restored ASI mod. It's mainly due to the lack of available game memory to spawn all of the props.
Unfortunately it gives me "out of memory" error when using it with a lot of ymap mods.

@MoravianLion There is a script that force all of those low-priority props to spawn: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/low-priority-prop-restore#description_tab
Most of the traffic signs are hidden by Rockstar, meaning they're not spawning due to memory issues; there are actually a lot of them placed all around the map by R.
^ Road signs and cones will not spawn in this location even if it's manually added/placed via Code Walker ymap editing.
