Swagger, question I wanna edit the texture on this jacket to look like a police one but don’t know where the shoulders are to put patches, any help would be great

Sooo good I’d say do a female one but the suit is so big that you would not notice many female features lol. Is it possible to do a psd or temp file to work with?
